Yeah there would probably be a stamp or something you could get so you could grow your own. That's what I'd do, I probably wouldn't buy much from any major companies.

i never said the plant, i said the rights to produce the mj cigarette... like mass produce them... as in you could go to the store and buy a pack of maryboros..... not to be rude but read a little better.

Not to be rude, but I still don't think that's possible.
There are many differnet brands of "mass produced" tobacco cigrettes, and Philip Morris doesn't have a monopoly.
The rumor I heard was that they had already copyrighted names like "White Widow" and "Northern Lights"...
