Plant is a bag seed headband 3-5 weeks old still trying to determine sex still in a solo sized cup has been under cfl but was moved into another room and may have came way too close to a much warmer more red/orange light pretty much looking for experienced persons to tell me if it looks like it's gonna be okay or not..

Not a pro but looks like the problem I just ran into. Plant maybe root bound which means it's time to transfer to a bigger container

Transplant, wait a couple days then top it. Take off the damaged part. That will make 2 tops.
