I plan on growing White Widow and Ak 48.
I was wondering is Low stress training the best way to maximize your yield?
Also Will having a 400 watt light in a small 3x3 increase yield?
There's no "best way" I'm afraid. Different techniques exist to maximise yield but as far as I know they all have positives and negatives. Usually you pick the technique to match the conditions the plants are in. Are they outside or inside? Is the height restricted? Where is the light coming from?
You could try searching the forum for LST information, and I'd suggest SCROG and Super Croping. These are all ways to improve yield.
All my plants will start and stop inside.
Strains: W.W and Ak-48
I was thinking about having between 4-8 plants in a grow box that is 3x3x5
But on the height i am willing to give my ladies some more room if need be.
