Under normal lighting conditions, cannabis tends to only stretch for the first 40% of the flowering phase, so if you know its total flowering period length, you can predict when it'll quit stretching. I've no idea about whether this works under blurple light, though. (And, of course, a number of things can affect stretch, either positively or negatively.)
