A day-care provider charged with selling marijuana from her West
Valley City home while baby-sitting her grandchildren and neighborhood
youngsters has waived her right to a preliminary hearing. Vicki Lee
Wilson, 44, is charged with first-degree felony drug possession with
intent to sell, two third-degree felony counts of child endangerment
and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

If convicted, she faces up to life in prison. Police allegedly found
large quantities of marijuana in Wilson's home during an August
search. They also found a video tape that allegedly shows marijuana
being sold in the presence of Wilson's minor grandchildren, according
to charging documents. She appears next for a scheduling hearing Dec.
18 before Judge Roger Livingston.
