Medical marijuana does not increase illegal use

This is the sixth in a series of videos debunking false claims made by a small but vocal group of Minnesota law enforcement officials regarding the medical marijuana bill.

Concerning "illegal marijuana use" as in the attorney's statement, what level are we talking about here? State "illegal" or federal "illegal"? Naturally the federal "illegal" use in California has probably risen, being an easy target for the DEA when consumers feel a little more relaxed than elsewhere.
