Medical Marijuana Facility In Walpole

Town officials want to know what residents think about having a medical marijuana dispensing facility in town. A poll on the town website asks whether residents favor such a facility, and what location would be acceptable. The suggested locations include an industrial area of town, downtown Walpole, a retail/mall/plaza area, a residential area, or "not in Walpole." The poll can be found at Town of Walpole,MA. Selectmen plan to discuss the issue at their Jan. 22 meeting.
