Representatives for a firm interested in opening a medical-marijuana dispensary in Leominster announced their plans during the public-comment portion of the City Council meeting Monday evening.
Council President Susan Chalifoux Zephir said it was the wrong format because the council is only considering a moratorium and not expected to vote for two weeks.
The interested company is The Pharmstand Holistic Healthcare Center.
