Medical Marijuana in Michigan

So recently i've been doing research on the medical marijuana for michigan proposal thats coming up. Unforchunatly I couldn't find out where to sign the petition or where to get one so I can accumulate signatures myself. However I found this awesome video with one of the last federal medical marijuana patients. This guy smokes 11 ounces in 25 days, for the past 25 years and basically makes a joke out of the governments stance on providing marijuana as a sufficient medicine to ill patients.
