My leaves are turning white and brown

Hi i went away for a weekend and came back to my swazi gold to see that the bottom leaves are pale and i kept watering it to see if it improves but it just kept getting worse i went away the next weekend to came back and see the leafs are still white and then today it started getting brown idk what to do so if someone can just msg me to help me slove this problem :) 20191218_104033.jpg20191218_104029.jpg

Looks like over watering to me. Your leaves are plump and curling Down.
How often are you watering and are you feeding them?
Well i usualy water it each day but the weekend that i left it had no water and then i came back and saw the leafs looking like that
 
Can you send some more pics? Also some info on nutes and indoor or outdoor ?
I grow it in a mixture of vermiculite and potting soil ive only gave it some fertilizer once it grows next to my window so it gets the afternoon sun for like 2-4hours and i water it every morning and its 9 weeks old

Hmm Seems the vermiculite may be holding too much water and thus not allowing enough oxygen into the root area.
Is there any chance you can give her some more sun? Like pop her outside. Swazi is a local staple in South Africa. It needs sun...as in as much as you can possibly give .
Soil recommend 1/3 potting soil , 1/3 compost ( vermi if you can get ) and 1/3 perlite. That will drain well and hold enough moisture while still allowing oxygen to your roots

Well thx for the info on the mixture but i cant rly put it outside due to me living in an apartment complex and the window ive put it at is the only place the sun really shines thrue but ill see where else i can put it but thank you is it ok if i water the plant each 3rd day?
