Need a little help over here

Hi there first time grower and new to the forum. Ive been reading on here for months though soaking up as much knowledge as possible. Pics first cause they speak a thousand words and then i will jot down specifics.basically everything seems to be going well apart from a few twisted leaves if that makes sense lol. Thanks for your time. Pics taken are 9 or 10 days from popping up. Grown in canna coco.
T5 running 24/7
Temps 22-24c
RH 60-70%
Being watered 80-100ml every 24hrs
My background tapwater ec is 0.3 and im feeding formulex at 0.8 including background ec. Which works out 2.5ml per L along with 1 drop of neuralise per litre. Then ph'd to 5.8.
Water temp is around 20c. And have been watering just until tiny bit off runoff. Sorry to ramble on and thanks for any help in advance. Peace

Iim think of wacking them on the ionic grow in about 2-3 days starting with 0.9 or 1.0 EC.... will also be under a 600w dual spec hps about 20inch or so from plants. Does this sound about right?

Every grow I have done has atleast one that has it first leaves do some kind of twisty thing. And they always turn out amazingly.

This one I named “the eagle” and it was the best plant I’ve grown!

Thanks for the advice guys the plants seem to be loving life. I transplanted them from 1L pots into 15L which is there final pots . The last feed in 1L pots they had was 250-300ml of water at 6pm and by 6am they were almost dry so i decided to pot up this morning and gave them each about 350-400ml for first drink in their new homes which consists of Ionic grow with ec at 1.1 then ph'd to 5.8 water temp 21c and water treated with neutralise before anything else added. Roots got a good dusting of great white shark as well. Day temps are between 24and 27 and night temps are 21 My question is do i water till i get runoff so soon in these big 15L pots or gradually build up water volume every week until the roots are more established in their new pots. Then start with runoff. Cheers guys.
