to legalize marijuana in ohio, issue 2 must be voted down in conjunction with issue 3 passing. I do not think issue 3 will pass.
I agree with both sides of the issue. is this a bad way to get it legalized? yes it is.
am I going to vote for it? yes I am. I think this is the one time shot to get it done.
I hope that if passed we can amend it later.
