San Diego - Steve McWilliams of Shelter From the Storm was arrested by the
DEA this morning, and released on bond after his arraignment this
afternoon. He has been charged with 2 counts of cultivation: 448 lants
from a bust in 1999, and 25 plants from another bust last week.
His conditions for release are to stay in California, and to not use
cannabis, although he is a legal medical cannabis patient.
