What is wrong with my plants?

im growing them in soil

Strain - Kali Mist
# of Plants - 12
Grow Type - Peat moss\Soil
Grow Stage - 4 weeks from seed
Bucket Size - the size of a measuring cup
Lights - 16 hours of light (12 hours natural light then 4 hours flourescent)
Nutrients - Miracle grow-
Medium - Peat moss
Room Temperature -60-75

4 weeks after germination all but 3 have died. the last 3 look like they are going to die too. some leaves are starting to turn grey on those 3.are they getting to much light ? the other plants that died just started to droop for some reason.i though peat moss could not be over watered.

video is not clear but 2 leaves on each plant have gray color.
should they be bigger at 4 weeks from seed ?

Those dont look real bad..but vid is not so clear as well

Are those temps total temps with lights on & off? I am no expert but I would keep the temp range less than 15 f. 15 has been the max # I have seen for "best" indoor grow. I try and keep range at 10 f, just in case something goes nuts. 60f is get'n a bit cold.

I am running my first indoor soil that I started in Dec. & my non auto flowers are at least 13". I tend to burry my plants to the first node to give me more root and also to try and stop stretching.

Lastly do you have air circulation indoors?

im growing indoors untill they get big\strong enough to handle the weather outdoors
does it matter how deep i plant them ?
