Planting! help

hey everyone! iv germinated all my seeds and planted then in rockwool cubes! i did this a few days ago but on a few of the cubes i can see the top of the seed coming out! is this sprouting or have i not planted deep enough and the root pushing the seed out!

any help will be great!

Sometimes the seed shell gets stuck to the sprout as it pushes up, you might be seeing that...
