This Saturday, May 3rd, the Campaign for the Restoration and Regulation Hemp is
sponsoring the Global Cannabis March at the Pioneer Courthouse Square here in
Portland, Oregon. With the support of Oregon NORML and Students for Sensible Drug
Policy, the march will feature speakers like US Congressman Earl Blumenauer and CRRH
Chief Petitioner Paul Stanford, in conjunction with other Cannabis March events
happening across the country.

Now in its 15th year, the Global Cannabis March has organized 250 cities worldwide,
from Louisville, Kentucky to London, England in support of the message that
prohibition doesn't work. Portland's march may prove to be the largest, with
expected attendance in the thousands.

If you'd like to join the march and stand in solidarity with activists across the
globe, meet CRRH and our coalition partners at 11 am at SW 6th & Morrison in
downtown Portland. The march proceeds at noon.

Can't attend the march? Still want to help? Meet up with CRRH organizers and
volunteers at the PSU Saturday Market, where our field team will be signing up new
volunteers and collecting signatures for initiatives 21 (the Oregon Cannabis
Amendment) and 22 (the Oregon Cannabis Tax Act). If you believe that marijuana
prohibition doesn't work, show your support for the campaign by becoming a monthly
member with the Campaign for the Restoration and Regulation of Hemp, or sign up to
volunteer with us by contacting crrhfield@gmail.com, or calling our campaign
headquarters in Portland at (503) 235-4606.
