Is it possible to have potent smoke with only 28 days 12/12? Or did I make a mistake on when I switched to 12/12? Its Pineapple chunk and supposed to be 56 days.

Is it an auto? With any plant it doesn't matter how long it "said" it's supposed to go, it only matters when the trichomes say it's ready.
Chances are you could let it go for 6 more weeks if you have the time and space.
What sorts of mistakes do you think you made?
These ones are around 28 days also and nowhere near ready to harvest.
