Yeah, technically under the Crime Act of 1995, anyone with 20,000 kg or more of pot, or 20,000 plants or who's named at the head of an orgination which brings in something like $20 million or more per year from pot is eligable for the death penalty, but there is literally zero chance of this hapening, and very little chance it will even be brought up. Still, just the thought of it is fucked up.
