whats your lighting? and is it a different strain than the other one? some strains want more nutes than others. its either light insufficiency or wanting more food on its dinner plate..

Big ones are Mikromachine Auto by Kannabia and the little one is CBD Diesel

I have T5 with 6800K

I have talked to the professional hydroponics people who have done it for over 20 years said I'm doing everything correctly and seems the seed is old or not strong enough genetic in her.

I never had an issue with my flower power girls (5 are successfully flowering with 2 T5's) out of 14 plants I lost 1 seeds so I'm doing everything correctly
