I tried a seed a month ago and was suprised to see some results, however the hieght and fact that my cat ate the plant where enough for me to do some reading on the growing process. I was wondering if a basic light (55w i belive) that i had for my scorpion (r.i.p) would work for a single plant? nothing extravagent, just a taste in the grow world...!!!

Well the light is designed to let the pet "bask" as if it were sunlight. I'm going to try a 55w basking light about 6 inches away in the corner of my room (top corner so my feline friends dont have a snack) and I let you know what I get lol.
