Are seeds found in Auto Buds, 1) auto themselves? 2) female or male, since they came from female autos buds?

They will get auto genes from the mother, the gender and type of the pollen donor will determine if the seed are auto,

If the pollen came from an auto mother, you will have auto fem seed

If the pollen came from an auto father, you will have auto regular seed

If the pollen came from a photo period , you will get a mix of auto and photo period seed, fems or regs will depend on pollen coming from a mom or dad

Thanks Mate, I guess time will tell.

If the pollen came from a photoperiodic plant, you'll get photoperiodic seeds that carry the autoflowering gene (it's recessive, so the seed has to get one from both parents in order to be an auto). UNLESS the other parent happens to have one AF gene and one regular one. In that case, yes, you'd end up with a mixture. But if that other parent does not have the gene, then, no.
