when do you know when a plant is sexually matured?

i ordered seeds so the 1 plant im doing now i started 12/12 real early i think maybe to early.. i started maybe 2 or 3 days after the branches started coming but now its bushy..anyways will i be good to harvest at least enough to smoke ill get pics and post them when my 12 hours on comes in a couple hours..

The plant is sexually mature when the nodes start to grow in an alternating pattern in Veg. Also preflowers will eventually show in veg usually around 4-6 weeks.

If you flowered when branches first started to come in, you'll be okay. But don't expect a 4oz plant come harvest time.
