Soil Question?

I transplanted my female 2 weeks into flower today from a 1 gallon to a ten gallon pot because she was getting so big. 2 1/2 feet tall. My question is I used 80lbs of plain topsoil and no perlite or anything in it. Im transplanting from a potting mix that had perlite in it. Do you think she'll take? I did water with ff Tiger Bloom. Thanks. I should have mixed in perlite but too late now.

It should be okay, perlite aids in drainage. As long as your new soil doesn't stay moist too long it shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks its doing well so far, I plan on trying coco for the next go around.
