Use latex gloves, they hold up more with the smoke. Its kinda shitty when a baloon blows up in your face after a long bong load.

By the time you exhale most THC in the smoke is gone, And by the time you inhale it they're wont even be a signifcant enough amount of THC to get a buzz off.

Aient worth it.
