Thrips in flower

Is it ok to spray plants that are three weeks into flowering with H2O2 (3% at 1:4 solution) or Safer's Insecticidal Soap? The pistols have all turned brown and it seems far too soon. I can post pictures later when the lights come on if necessary.

Yes its more than fine even at regular 3% strength. Its just water with an extra hydrogen particle
