Tiny oscalating fan for my veg cab

I need a small oscalating fan for my cab and the ones I have ordered seemed really crappy. Who makes the best and I dont mind paying more for better quality.

Small? I used a Walymart brand "cyclone" that has tilt settings and also mounting holes in the base for hanging upside down on ceiling....it was about 12" from base to top of fan...
