Tiresias Mist questions - producing fem seeds DIY

I was given their 1oz small bottle (only size?) as a sample. For some reason when I got it I was under the impression that all I had to do was isolate a branch and spray it and it would produce seeds at harvest. Clearly I'm wrong, I know that. But the reason for this post is to double assure myself of what really needs to be done, so I'll go ahead and post what needs to happen in order and I would appreciate your guys corrections or tips.

So I isolate a branch, cover all of plant besides selected area.
I spray 14-21 days once flower/bloom has been induced.
Few weeks later is when pollen sacks begin to form.
I collect pollen using a pollen collection method and store in fridge/freezer.
(after this is where I'm uninformed, confused.)
Now with this stored pollen, I select a breed I want to cross with, or same breed (Can it be the same plant I treated with mist?)
Once selected, I use brush or qtip to pollinate female flowers that are half way through flowering.
Harvest comes and it produces seeds.

Am I missing something? Or are any of the steps wrong?
Your input is appreciated.
Thanks,
morph

I'm researching this topic and if your still wanting info I'd be more than happy to post data and results?

I am researching now and there is so many posts to go through. I hope you are still willing to post that data you are talking about. I know this is old but one can hope. :)
