TO use alumin. foil, or not. that is the ?

hi again, should i line my grow box with alumin. foil, or would that create too much heat. i have one plant with one bulb on it right now....so, should i line my grow box with something to reflect is what im saying i guess. any help is cool. thanx

what if it gets to hot in there then? cuz i am leavin my light on for like 18 hours a day but i do have a fan. how long should i "air out" my grow box each day??? fresh air i mean?

If possible, you could always just paint the inside of your grow room white. I know this isn't always an option, but as far as I know (which could be wrong ) it's a good way of avoiding extra heat.

yeah u can paint wallswhite , mylar,, foil or emergncy blanket.. the foil can creat hot spots wiht hps.. Like dahui said use the dull side so u dont burn them .. i used the shinny side when i had foil didnt burn them but i had very low watt flourals but now that i got an hps i wounld use foil
