Ventilation in a grow box

I am planning to use a container from walmart as a grow box. It is a plastic cabinet that has a padlock. I know i need to vent this, my question is would two 120 mm computer fans be good enough? one facing out at the top and one facing in at the bottom ? I am planning to grow CFL so its more of a fresh air thing than a heat problem.

Do you have measurements? IDK if you're talking about a small cabinet or a larger, tall one that could house a few...

I think the fans will give you plenty of ventilation in your grow cab.
