water ppm for kush babies-before,during flowering, and after?

My trial plants are not doing very well.... was hoping someone would be able to gimme some guidelines... ppm's of the water i'm using maybe off... what is the ideal ppm during budding and after? cHEERS

you need to know what your starting water PPM is first. The you add the required amount of nutrient to reach the desired total PPM. Flowering PPM should be at a minimum of 900ppm total I'd say.
No PPM after flower. You harvest then.
