GENESEE COUNTY, Michigan – A website listing medical marijuana dispensaries in Genesee County states it has closed due changes in state law.
Upon entering the site, a greeting to visitors reads: "Closed Temporarily due to change in Michigan Law Check Back Regularly."
Last week, a state Court of Appeals three-judge panel ruled a dispensary illegal in Mount Pleasant. Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton has said he'll let municipalities bring cases to him if they consider one of the locations a public nuisance.
A person answering the phone at a location on the site listed as The Flint Medical Dispensary declined comment.
