Clear Choice is so confident in the effectiveness of it's products that they offer the industry's first 200% double your money back guarantee.

Considering that Clear Choice will double your money (not including shipping fees or taxes) if you fail your test, they are very strict on the documents needed to issue a double money back refund.

Therefore we highly suggest that you keep all product components until you receive your test results. This means keeping ALL packaging (empty bottles, box, cardboard, etc.) along with your original receipt.

In the rare event of a product failure. You will need to supply Clear Choice with the following:

Original dated store receipt, Product packaging & Official proof of failure

Mail with delivery confirmation to: Health Tech, Claims dept. P.O.Box 1497, Champlain NY 12919.

Request must be postmarked within 30 days of results. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Failure to supply all required components & documents will void your eligibility to the 200% double money back guarantee.

At TestNegative we have trained staff that would be happy to help you chose the best product for YOUR situation....What are you waiting for?

*This product is not intended to be used on lawfully administered tests and is to be used in accordance with all federal and state laws

Do we also need to return the test result? Because as you know, it is very rare that one actually receives the test results. You were simply told that you failed the test and therefore don't qualify for the job, are going to jail – or whatever.

This would be a great guarantee if you don't have to submit a copy of the failed test.

Our 200% double your money back guarantee means should the product fail, we will double the money you paid for the product up to double of the suggested retail price (however we don't cover any shipping charges). Should a failure arise, you'll need to mail back all empty containers, all product packaging, original store receipt ans test result. So it's very important that you keep everything until you pass your test. Claim must be submitted within 30 days of the test result, maximum of 1 product claim per customer.

Why do we require all these items:

All packaging and empty containers?
1- We need to make sure you have used the product.
2- We need to make sure you haven't used an expired product
3- We need to locate the product lot# in case we realize we have a major problem and need to issue a product recall.

Why do you require the store receipt:
1- We need to make sure you paid for the product.
2- We need to know how much you paid, so we can double your money back.

Why do you require the test result:
1-We need to make sure your test was declared positive, since invalid test and inconclusive results aren't covered under our 200% double your money back guarantee.
2- We need to make sure you aren't declared positive due to negligence on your part, such as submitting a sample at the wrong temperature or being caught with a substitution device because you didn't hide it properly, didn't submit the right amount of urine/additive as instructed, etc.
3- Because anyone declared negative, could just say they were positive and request double their money back.

What if they won't give me a copy of the result?
It's within your right to request and obtain a copy of the test result. At the very least you should request something in writing saying you were declared positive. At our discretion, depending on the document you submit instead of a test result, we might grant you a satisfaction money back guarantee rather than the 200% double your money back guarantee.

As you can see there's many things/factors to consider when processing a failure claim, I hope this helps you understand better why we just can't double someone's money back just because they tell us they have failed their test.
