What should I feed with?

Plant is about 14 weeks old I'm 90% positive it's a headband it's been under two t8 bulbs and could definitely use more lighting probably it's never had anything but soil and water I just would like to strengthen it up so it can handle being topped/having more tops it's very skinny/tall I may just have to get a cutting and start over any advice would be appreciated though

Id say top it now. I top mine when they are smaller than that. As far as nutes on this grow i switched to emerald harvest and their full line of additives and i will never use anything else
