Hey, I'm a new grower and had the same question as well. Spooks recommended House &a Garden cocos A&B as a professional base nute. I went to the hydro store, and spent the $36USD on it. My plant went from looking skinny, decent amount of leaves, and bare... to looking full, and still thriving for potential.
I am growing on a budget, and I've learned that what you put in, you get out.
Stump tea veg booster (boost chlorophyll and luminous absorption(if I remember what the card said correctly) and colonizes your roots with little helpers) would also be a good purchase. Good luck!
