When is it best to do supercropping?

I'm growing an indica strain outdoors and was wondering when is it best to super crop the plants?
Hey Philly. :ciao:
As soon as my girls are a couple feet tall I crank them over.
I tie the main stem over to the pot.
Then grow it laterally.
This turns all the branches upward making them mains.
Works great.
I do it before the stem gets too hard, but tall enough to bend.
Hope that helps.
Take care.

Alright, I'll supercrop the main stem at 2 feet tall. Might do a second round of supercropping later on as well if the canopies aren't as even as I'd like them to be.

As they grow I tie them down or hang weights on them.
Just keep manipulating and training as they go.
You get big girls with big rewards.

yup......had to do this to my plant they where getting to close to the light
in flower stage. i had to bend them and open up the middle area.....it' works.

don't understand why you want to "supercrop" outside ? (height control ?)

Judging by Phillys other posts, discretion is paramount. They’re guerilla growing so they need to stay low vis.

I would like to know though, what’s your height max Philly? Indicas usually don’t get too tall if they’re truly indica dominant. You may find it more beneficial just to top them once. They’ll stay real low if you top

those are pretty close to the size we used to plant.

A little bit to do with stealth, but also so all buds get the full sun for as long as possible, and the only way to achieve that is to have an even canopy.

Height max is preferably under 5ft, or 4ft would be ideal.

My topped plants from a previous season were 7 footers, I need them lower than that, that's why I'm hoping supercropping will do the trick.
