When to use?

I have had a product (Big Bud) given to me lately and have a question about when to use it? The label says to use from two to four weeks of bloom. Does this mean from the time I switch to 12/12 , starting at the end of the stretch or when flower first start appearing?

Start day 8 which is start of week 2 and go to day 28 which is last day of week 4
Then switch to b52 4 to 6
Then overdrive
Most start bloom phase on first day of flip and end it when plants stay they're done

That is what I was thinking but thought I would check as it is something new to me. Don't have the other products at the moment but have easy access.
