White Widow Grow aroma

Hi! i have a "friend" who's interested in growing White Widow.....except she is worried about the Grow aroma being too strong.......does anyone have experience with this......if the grow room is properly ventilated (carbon filter, exhaust fan vented directly outside) will the neighbors be able to smell the deliciousness brewing inside?

I would say NO, if "friend" has a carbon scrubber. You know what else, I would like to know what WW smells like too!
