First time growing I don't what issues this plant is having??

No it's just dry dirt i just transferred it into that pot it was in a cup

Alright. Seems early to have transplanted although I see a larger, dead leaf so maybe not. Let's start with the basics. Soil. Water. PH. Nutes. Light. Schedules for all. I will say the soil doesn't look too friendly. Let's focus on that first.

As far the ph and nutes idk I just got it from a friend so I have bare minimum right now my light source is the sun

It looks like a clone from a flowering plant that you are now trying to veg, am I right? When you got the clone did it have roots?
Yea
Yes it had roots? Do you know how long the mother plant was in flower for? If your really excited to giving growing a shot and this is your only source right now I would suggest to put that plant in a much smaller container maybe a solo cup. You want it to focus on building a solid root structure again. I honestly think it's going to take close to month before you start seeing a real growth again.
