Corrupt Cop Sgt Scott E. Haley named Police Officer of the Year 2013

I would like to thank 420 magazine for allowing me to post the following news story. It is all true and any names in this news story can be run and checked on the Google search engine.

On March 27, 2003, my home was raided by Sgt (special agent) Scott E. Haley, then Chief of Holland Mass, Kevin P. Gleason and their SWAT wannabes based on an affidavit that had me selling marijuana on three dates from my home while I was documented in the hospital. This did not go well for the cops, but since I never made the sales I was never charged and they did not have to give up the identity of their "C.I.#62" who they claimed I sold to. Scott E. Haley did state in depositions thet "C.I.#62" was his snitch.

Maybe I'm kicking a dead horse here, but I can't see any justice coming from the illegal raid on my home in 2003 and I am here to explain why the corrupt officers in this case will never be arrested for their crimes. For more info on this story, run a google search on "captain joint FBI," or "Gerald Battistoni," or "Chief Kevin P. Gleason," or "Sgt Scott E. Haley," and you will see for yourself the history of police corruption in this and the Molly Bish murder case.

It took me seven years and the help of a Private Detective, Dan Malley, to unmask the confidential informant. C.I.#62 is Gerald Battistoni, who was arrested and convicted of serial child rape and is now serving a 10-12 year jail term. As soon as he was jailed he was pinpointed as the primary suspect in the Molly Bish Murder. Molly was a 16 year old lifeguard that went to her first job in 2000 and never came home. They found bits of her in the Whisky Hill area of Mass where C.I.#62 was documented buying drugs. He also drove a white car like Molly's Mom described to the police and looks like the police sketches. I never met him, never sold him pot, but he is listed on the affidavit they used to raid my home.

I have hard copy evicence of perjury and manufacturing false evidence and have been to the FBI about the case, and have outlined all the facts and shown the evidence to the FBI. With all that you may wonder why the police won't ever be arrested for their crimes and their mis-use of a C.I. number.

It comes down to dollars and cents, if Sgt Scott E. Haley, (who was head of the Eastern Hampton County Narcotic Task Force) is arrested and convicted of his crimes against my family. it corrupts the whole task force and would force Mass to open and look at over 500 drug arrests this task force made. This would cost the state of Mass a lot of money so Scott E. Haley and Chief Kevin P. Gleason will never be arrested for perjury and creating false evidence.

Haley never went further than a Sgt on the force and retired last year in 2013. At his retirement he was named "police officer of the year" for Mass. This is a cop I have written blogs and posts about for over ten years and I have tried to get the FBI to investigate.

Pop that link in your search engine for the story of his retirement.

So the final outrage of this tale is not only do they not arrest the Haley for his crimes, they also crown him king of the cops. If Scott E. Haley is the best cop Mass has to win this award I feel sorry for the whole state, and am very glad I live in Maine now. The Molly Bish family, along with Detective Dan Malley and the FBI asked for testing of the DNA evidence that was collected at the scene of the Molly Bish abduction site and the Mass police responded by hiding the evidence for over a year. When Molly Bish's sister started asking publicly what was going on, the evidence was found in a Mass police barraks and "outsourced" to a lab in Texas for testing. I did a search to find out why a state would outsource evidence, and the reason is to speed up the testing. It has been over a year and a half and still no word on that evidence being tested.

So the police got away with their crimes and are hiding the crimes of their snitch #62, who attempted suicide in jail when he was named as a suspect in the Molly Bish murder, and has been hidden away in a mental health hospital to serve his time. Here is the link to that story.

Nothing can be found out about this suspect because he now has "patients rights." With or without the DNA evicence, I feel it's time to put him in front of a jury and let them decide if he is guilty of this murder.
