I don't know how the cops have kept a lid on this for so long. They bang down my doors with an affidavit filled with perjury, SWAT RAID my home, claiming I sold marijuana from my home as I was DOCUMENTED in the HOSPITAL. The Chief, Kevin P. Gleason, goes to jail for a zip load of charges, guns, drugs, missing money, and the town pays $50,000.00 off on a civil case where he sexually harassed a female cop yet offered to SHOOT her SISTER IN LAW for her... That was the chief on the case. The CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANT (C.I. #62 in the AFFIDAVIT) attached is a man I never even met. A private detective, Dan Malley, revealed his identity to me as GERALD BATTISTONI, who is now serving 10-12 years for serial child rape, and has been named as a suspect in the Molly Bish Murder. Molly was a sixteen year old lifeguard killed while Gerald Battistoni was a working Confidential Informant, and her body was found in an area he was known to buy drugs in for the cops. Again, I never met him, he never entered my home, the police LIED!
The "Special Agent" on the case claimed this C.I #62 as "HIS INFORMANT" I have this in depositions taken in my case. Sgt. Scott E. Haley was the officer that signed the affidavit full of perjury, and he also created false evidence that the court refused in the case brought against my WIFE and DAUGHTER.
Haley signed 3 sets of Xeroxed money he claimed was used in the marijuana sales that never happened. This is a CRIME! Perjury is a CRIME! These are CRIMES by the POLICE! Even though the police claimed in sworn statements, both in affidavits and depositions that I sold marijuana and they took the marijuana into evidence, and claimed they had their rat in my home, I was NEVER CHARGED with ANY CRIME!
The MOLLY BISH Family has the FBI looking at GERALD BATTISTONI as a suspect in their daughter's murder. I believe from all I have read that Gerald Battistoni IS the killer. The police, all of a sudden have all different solutions to this cold case, and Mass. cops were recently sent to Florida to question yet another suspect in this case. Guess they don't want it to be their Informant.
My interest in Gerald Battistoni is the way he was attached to my affidavit. I never met him, and the illegal use of his C.I. #62 in my case CORRUPTS the entire Eastern Hampton County Narcotic Task Force. This should open over 500 Drug cases this task force worked on.
This will cost Mass. lots of cash, so that is why these cops will NEVER be arrested for their crimes!
There is no justice in this case, and most likely there never will be. Now if a citizen comitted these crimes of perjury and evidence tampering, Then there would be an arrest.
I have been very open in my charges against these officers and the task force. If I am LYING, that is SLANDER. I will never be charged with that because all I have said is true and the police can't back up their lies.
If you take an interest in this case, run some google searches on the players, Sgt Scott E. Haley, Chief Kevin P. Gleason, Gerald Battistoni. It's all over the internet from numerous sources.

What would you do if the POLICE set you up and tried to STEAL YOUR HOME and PUT YOU IN JAIL and you did NOTHING they claimed you did?
What would you do?
I went to the FBI So far, no action there either.
