Does product have to be DRY, or can I extract with fresh clippings that are NOT dry?

You always want to work with as dry of material as possible. You aren't looking for the chlorophyll. So hang dry for at least a week, 2 pref then grind it really really well. You technically CAN do it from fresh, but I guarantee a better product if you wait.
