It has been proven to me over and over again that these nutrient intensive budding/fruiting weeds , at least the big ones, can use potassium in excess of what is generally believed to be the optimum nutrient level that a given nutrient should provide for plants, both in veg and bloom. Geoflora...
Congrats Jon; I'm glad you got things settled finally. We now have the 3 locations isolated for the plants, but my question is: where is Mom? Is everyone safe? lol
im glad you found it despite my exaggeration. 0-27-27 caught my attention right away and I immediately compared it to using Purpinator, along with all the added carbs, vitamins and everything else that comes with it. The water will smell and look like you added a good dose of molasses to your...
By the way, that scoop that comes in the bags is ridiculously small... I would estimate less than a gram of the product. That one tiny scoop gives the water a very satisfying dark molasses'ey look, and I never once thought that I was not giving enough. 2 scoops seemed like a lot, and I did...
I was never very accurate about my usage of SC. After working with their numbers, the recommended amount seemed so small that I just ended up using their enclosed scoop. One scoop for a 5 gallon bucket of water is what I used, and it seemed to work well.
This time I see just the little triangle tip.. I don't see signs of K deficiency. It does look like heat stress or possible overwatering. Nutrition wise, things seem to be ok here. How hot is it in there, and how often are you watering?
I would recommend going at least one more step... its not that hard to transplant from a 2 to a 10, and that extra time to build more roots is worth it.
This may have indicated part of the problem. Premixed nutes.
The reason they chelate nutrients is so that they can be shipped in a bottle without interacting with each other. Once you put them into a solution that is pH adjusted to be in the proper range for the chelation to break away, the...
this is more than just a tiny triangle at the tips... the elongated necrosis indicates potassium. Since its not pH related and you have religiously watered at 6.3 pH, it has to be the amount of nutes you are giving. Are you for some reason skimping on what the manufacturer of your nutes...
I responded to your PM also...
I don't think that any soil threads have been deleted. It would help if you could remember something about it; like was it for a supersoil or just a regular soil that needed to have fertilizer added during the grow?
