I’m just worried about bud rot by having a higher humidity

Don't point any fan at your girls ever my friend A small 6" fan is perfect. On the ground at least 3 feet away from them pointing away also. 62 is perfect for hanging. As long as you have tried the sugar leaves off at that rh (62) you will not get any bud rot. Also at that rh depending on size of buds you should be able to hang them for 4 days. I do the same and at 62 I can get 4 days easily with out over drying them. If I get it up to 68 I get 5 days. Never had a problem with bud rot yet .

Tips are fine. Just what would curl in and trap moisture.

Well here are the final pics of the last light cycle tomorrow she will start her process into 36 hours of darkness and then I will harvest trim dry cure. I will post pics before harvest and during thank you all for following along

If it was anything like my sample nug I think I’m in for a treat and that was before it was finished. Thanks for following along and giving advice you and @Emilya have been awesome. I’ll post some pre and post harvest pics tomorrow

One question I had I know it’s the internet and all but I’m thinking about putting a layer of ice on top of my soil more so it melts and the water works it’s way into the soil so it doesn’t dry up during my dark period? Think it’s a good idea and does it actually help with resin production like some people claim?

When you turn off your lights the plant stops transpiring so it doesn't draw up any liquid it has available, therefore you don't need the ice. If you are concerned give her a big drink before you turn off lights and she will be good for a couple days.

An ice water splash or even a nail in the trunk is very common as a last watering before the dark period though... just to set it clear in the plant that winter is here, and it is time to finish up.

Dumb question but should I sterilize the nail first? And do you leave the nail in or pull it out ? I’m going to give her an ice watering tonight and a nail and then that’s it at 8 am tomorrow lights will go out and I will do the 36 hour darkness

Ok so now tonifht is the last light cycle the amber trichomes really popped overnight and that’s what I am going for. Tomorrow before final lights out I will give her a nice cold watering and a nail through the stalk.

I guess the breeder was right on flowering time they said 50 days it took me 56 days since first signs of flowering. I’m hoping she taste and smokes as good as she smells right now
