anyone ever...?

anyone ever hit their bongs with no water in them? I do it every now and then, monster hits that and I feel like the bong colors faster that way, and i really like fully colored glass. So I just wanted to get a feel for if i am the only one that does that.

i used a friends bong and when i went to pull the carb it pulled the stem out and it cleared instantly like a frigin steamroller so its probably more like a huge ass steamroller. dont do it dude. use the water bong with the water. and maybe a little ice

I have done that, but that was because my buddies bong was dry, and I did eat some ash... yuk

i just purchased a nice 1.5 footer. with a perc, a water catcher, and an ice catcher. No ash in my mouth, but anyway, dont get me wrong I love the bong with water in it. However there are occasions after i've emptied the water that im feeling lazy and just hit it dry. Its a different kind of hit out of the same piece.

Another option is to fill it with ice, leave out the water.
