Dude, that really sucks. I think the catheter is gestapo and possible grounds for a lawsuit if you were NOT refusing, they could have waited. BUT if you read the "little bitty writing" ON yer license it says, "Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobriety test required by law" Good Luck, I hope you find a lawyer that is helping reform the system. I like the idea about a defense fund that anybody could donate to, to fight this crap

What gives the cops the right to search your vehicle with a dog? If you assult a police dog thats biting you it is the same as assulting an officer. If the dog is considered a police officer then allowing the dog to search is the same as allowing the dickhead to search.
