Bending branches

it might have been to late but shs's around 12 weeks old starting to flower.
started bending cuz i'm getting to close to the light. i did 1 branch and
the buds starting to grow up so i did it to the other branches.
just useing fishing line and a small weight working good so far and
being very carfull of not breaking any branches.

I have run into the same thing more than once. Sometime during the stretch I can see that the plant is going to run into the lights and something has to be done. I have had to bend as late as 4 weeks after putting the plants into the flowering cabinet or tent.

I have a photo of one bend below. It looks like I took the picture about about when the plant went into the tent/cabinet. Got other photos somewhere on the hard-drive of bigger knuckles, some with splits in the bark or even into the center wood of the stem. The plants can handle a fair amount of abuse when it comes to those bends.
