I'm in read about 75% of it :goodjob::high-five::morenutes:
Hey Spart, Welcome!

I think I may have made a boo boo, I recently moved house and painted the room my plant was in not thinking that the paint in the air would hurt her. Turn outs shes has a few weidly looking leaves and im just trying to find out if its nite burn or paint.

Update - Day 39:
Hello all its about time I drop another update on my plant! So today is day 39 and she is currently flowering! It has been growing very except a small set-back with mild nute burn as shown in the pictures, I have now learnt my lesson with feeding to much nutes. Temps inside tent are around 15 - 22°C, Humidity is about 50-60% (Is this to high for flowering?) Soil temps are about 19°C, PH is 6.5 - 7.

I also have a question for anyone that uses there carbon filter the same way I do, Ill make a simple diagram so there is no confusion.--------Air Flow--->[::FAN::}>-{--Carbon Filter--}--->. So hopefully that's clear enough but what I am asking is there anyone that uses this method and still has smell coming from the buds? I run my fan 24/7 pushing the "Dirty air" through carbon filter and when I get home from work my room still smells of weed? Curious as to if this just what happens with this method or my filter is crappy? I use a 6 inch Phresh carbon filter.
Thanks for any help in advance.

with your carbon filter as long as you have enough negative pressure in the tent sucking the air out it and into the filter you should be fine. mine's not set up like that.
I have a 60cm x 60cm x 140cm (2x2x4.25?) tent I can have it hooked up a little different I got :

Carbon Filter(attached directly to the top tent vent)--->>Fan (which is connected to the filter using a flange and is sitting right on top of the tent the carbon filter is holding it up)----->>>Hose that leads out of the room

Seems to work well for me my house doesn't smell, the fan has lasted over a year now, I've replaced the filter once but I don't have it on during veg. Not sure if that help but as long as you have proper negative pressure you should be fine.

Looking good Biggz:thumb: it looks more like water damage to me. I'll accidently hit a leaf or 2 when I water and not notice until the damage is done, It's nothing to concerning.
Cheers dirt, thanks for the info. Going to try not get any on her leafs next feed.

Thanks for the info Spart, wish I had the room for a bigger tent. I do have negative pressure because just as I zip the tent up it all sucks in slightly. I might try seal up all vent holes to see if thats causing the problem.

With the setup I got now I have a duct from my tent to my fan which is directly hooked onto my carbon filter (since I dont have any space for the carbon filter inside the tent). Im not sure if this filter can be used this way since I get a slight smell of carbon and weed mixed together. I guess ill just have to find another method to filter the smell.

Anyway I cant wait till she is finally finished, Havent had any smoke in the last 3 months ao definatly keen to get some munchies and binge netflix xD. Can anyone pridict roughly how long she has left? Im guess around 3-4 weeks from now.

Little update on the carbon filter, I just sealed all the inlets on the tents completely to see if it would change anything and it seem to have worked. I'm not to sure where its going to be sucking air from but its must be sucking it from somewhere because I can feel it on the outside of the filter. Cheers Spart for the idea bro, owe you :bong:

Yeah as long as the sides are kinda binding in on the tent you're getting negative pressure in it which means more air is being sucked in then let out. therefore it's all going threw the carbon filter being cleaned and shipped out should make your fan last longer as well since plowing air threw the filter is harder then sucking it threw. Or so I've been told

Plant looks really nice :goodjob::bravo:

Update - Day 42:

Back with another update guys, So today I gave her a feed of 2ml CalMag, 3ml Grow, 3ml Micro and 5ml Bloom/ 1 litre of water. I also filled up the resoviour on the pot and gave her a little water shower with a spray bottle. I usually don't give this much water but the soil seems to be drying really quickly lately (within 1-2 days) So I added extra to see how it goes. If anyone has any information on how much water I should be feeding, please let me know. Looks likes its' recovering from the nute burn from last feed after a flush without a hitch.

She is currently 1 week into flowering I would say that things are going pretty well. Her buds sites are fattening up every day as well 4 main colas with 10+ "popcorn" bud sites. We are 6 weeks into the grow in total and looks like will go to at least 10 weeks or more. How much longer do you guys think she has left on her? I am going on holidays in 4 weeks for 2 weeks so hopefully it will be done by then.

EDIT: I forgot to mention also, The carbon filter situation with the smell still has not been resolved as of yet and I'm not sure why the method I'm using is not working (method is in previous post). I'm completely stumped, Hours of googling and everyone telling me that it should work but it just wont. I might have to try get a new carbon filter and try that. (Removed white fabric cover since not needed and did nothing.)
I will leave a picture down the bottom of my exhaust setup.

Current status now:

  • Temperature: 24.5°C
  • Humidity: 60%
  • Soil pH: 6.5 - 7
  • Soil Temp: 19 - 20°C
  • Height: 350mm (13.7")
  • Width: 450x450mm (17.7")

Update - Day 46

Nothing really Important In this update today just a flower shot of her. Fed her about 2 liters of water today because soil felt fairly dry and did a little bit of trimming of the fan leafs to expose some more bud sites.
