I think I know what you are trying to ask. You can mix 2 liters or 100 liters up. If your plant has been taking 1 liter a day and you want to deliver 2 liters a day, then do it. You can pour 4 liters on your plant if the pot is big enough and the plant needs it. The only way you will double the strength is to double the nutes you add to the liter of water. Once it is mixed, pour it in till u get runoff. Any amount till u get run off

If you want to keep the same strength then yes double the water and the nutes. It will be the same strength but you will have twice as much
