Box vaporizors

In general I wanted some feed back concerning tips or cautions for box type vaporizors:
-How long does your's take to heat?
-How long would you leave your box on at any time?
-If you have no scale to refer to, how do you like to set your temp.(those numberless knobs)

-What is the longest time your were able to hold a vap hit in?
Just looking for opinions, recs or gripes

Live on bro! Why do you feel u need a longer higher temp with sativa v indica? Yeah, when it comes down to it I want the best bang per draw.
I can hold a hit just past a min without much effort...with inhaler...75sec and then I blackout.
I also use a recover system I made from stuff at work, so I exhale my hit into the recovery bag using a one way flow valve...u exhale into it and it stays there until u remove the valve...@ which point I draw in what's in the bag and recover vapor otherwise lost to the atmosphere...conservation a must at coop prices.
