Burnt leaves on a seedling?

Good morning everybody!
I checked on my girls this morning and noticed that one of my seedlings leaves is longer than the other and has they small singe to it. Also another of my girls still has the husk from her seed on her. Both are Pineapple Express seedlings. Sorry if this has been discussed previously, I'm still trying to figure out how to search out info here. Reaching out to all those Growers have you had issues with tiny burnt leaves on your seedlings? How do you handle seedlings that have not shrug off their husks? How long should you wait before assisting the seedling in removing the husk? Just wanting to further my Cannabication. Thanks G.I.JOSE

So this is my first real grow and Journal. My first grow turned out to be all male plants. But the Silver Lining is I learned a lot from growing them bloom. I will start off listing what I got to work with and hopefully I can receive some education on continuing my grow. FYI I am doing this...

Looks good. A little tip damage isn't abnormal. Take two toothpicks and open that shell up.

Awesome! I wasnt sure if helping it shrug off its husk could weaken it. Kind of like helping a bird hatch from its egg. I know that sounds kind of stupid now that I read it but that was what I was thinking. LOL
